BULLS : Got Carried Away once they saw Pistons??

Bulls turned out to be all words and no action when they meekly resigned to powerful display of hitting by Pistons batsman especially Amit Chawla. They were themselves to be blamed for the pathetic display of fielding where it appeared that they were catching fireballs than cricket whenever the ball decided to kiss their hand in its straight flight from Piston players bat to their lovely soft hands. Did they practice less ! No Way ! Pistons by their awsome diplay of grit and determination has made the punters to rethink as to the challengers to the top slot. Bulls you did not play well, learn from your mistakes and correct before its too late. Dont use bulls head, use bull power man! Good luck on your remaining Journey

BULLS bite the dust

Wee hours of Wednesday morning saw PISTONS knocking off the BULLS in the third SPL match played at Mohali. Let see what Sunday has for the ROCKS.

So what their (BULLS) strategy exactly was is the question.
This was another nail biting, record making match which involved highest scores (80 to win the match in 8 overs)and last ball dependence. Any team could have won if we didn’t have such fabulous players.
Both team started well with bat and ball, with the BULLS batting first, Sony John and Samir Sood lead batsman BULLS started to hit the ball hard with Sony John hitting a decent score.
But it was Krishan Murari’s bowling that knocked off 3 Wickets and brought the BULLS back into the match. Gurdev Sir also bowled a good spell restricting the score to 79 in their 8 over quotas.
BULLS were too sure of winning but the PISTONS did steal the show with some marvelous batting coming from Amit Chawla, Sanvir Kumar and Sushil and some crucial catches dropped by BULLS:).
Smashing 4s and 6s certainly made Amit as the star of the match. And as he hit the winning six on the second last ball when we required 5 to win the whole team jumped in excitement not less than winning the world cup.
Well played teams.Kudos PISTONS! But we still can work on our fielding guys to knock the ROCKS in the next match.
All in all it was a good show.Catch you all in the next match.
